Personal data (e.g. name, e-mail address, telephone number) will only be processed and transmitted by Innsbruck Information und Reservierung GmbH in a lawful manner (in particular for the fulfilment of contractual obligations or on the basis of your consent).

 

Presentation of the website

Innsbruck Information und Reservierung GmbH stores the following data each time you access the website www.innsbruck-shop.com (hereinafter referred to as "website"): Name of the website accessed, file requested, date/time, volume of data transferred, notification of successful retrieval, browser type/version, operating system, previously visited page and IP address.

The short-term storage of the IP address of your terminal device is necessary for the provision of the contents of the website and thus in accordance with § 8 para 3 Z 4 DSG and in accordance with Art 6 para 1 lit b DSGVO for the fulfilment of the contract. Your IP address will be deleted after you have finished using the website.

Innsbruck Information und Reservierung GmbH uses the aforementioned data only for statistical purposes for the operation of its services.

 

Contacting

If you contact Innsbruck Information und Reservierung GmbH by e-mail and/or contact form, the personal data you enter there, in particular name and e-mail address , will only be stored for the purpose of processing the enquiry and for any follow-up questions and will then be deleted. This data processing is therefore necessary for the fulfilment of the contract in accordance with § 8 para. 3 no. 4 DSG and Art 6 para. 1 lit b DSGVO.

If you leave comments or other contributions in the fields provided, your IP address will be stored for a maximum of six months. The purpose of this storage is to be able to identify the responsible party in the event of any legal violations. It is therefore in the overriding interest of Innsbruck Information und Reservierung GmbH according to § 8 para. 1 line 4 DSG as well as Art 6 para. 1 lit f DSGVO.

 

Registration

In principle, registration is not required for the use of this website. However, by registering on this website, you also gain access to your personal user profile.

When you register, personal data, namely gender, name and email address are collected and processed. This data is necessary for the provision of the additional content and thus in accordance with § 8 para 3 Z 4 DSG and in accordance with Art 6 para 1 lit b DSGVO for the fulfilment of the contract. They are stored for the duration of the registration and for a maximum of six months thereafter and then deleted. The continued storage after the end of registration has the purpose of being able to identify the responsible party in the event of any legal violations. Privacy policy for the personalised purchase of the Innsbruck Card and information in accordance with Article 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation

When you purchase the Innsbruck Card, we are required to process your data for the purpose of billing our system partners. This involves registering every service utilised with the card, specifically recording the card number, the type of service, the system partner and the time at which the service was used*). When selling the card, we also ask you, without obligation, to provide your home country**). This information is processed by us solely for statistical purposes in order to make our services even more attractive in the future. This data is anonymised and not linked to a specific person, i.e. you. If you want to use the Innsbruck Card on your smartphone, we will be happy to send it to you via email, whereby your email address*) will also be stored by us.

If you purchase the Innsbruck Card through our online shop, we also store the personal data*) provided as part of this process, excluding payment data, which is handled directly by our payment service provider.

We take the protection of your data very seriously and use technical and organisational security measures to protect any data we receive against accidental or intentional damage, manipulation, loss and unauthorised access. For example, your data is not shared with our system partners whose services you have duly utilised. We only share your personal data with our data processors in the IT service sector, subject to a contractually secured duty of confidentiality, with our payment service provider to the extent absolutely necessary for payment processing, with our chartered accountants and auditors (Wirtschaftstreuhänder), with authorities who request data disclosure and, if necessary, with lawyers to enforce or defend legal interests. The legal basis for processing your data under the General Data Protection Regulation is as follows:

*) Processing is based on the contractual relationship created by the purchase of an Innsbruck Card in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

**) Processing is based on our legitimate interest in target group-oriented statistics for the purpose of enhancing and adapting our services in accordance with Article 6(1)(f). No personal data is evaluated; the services used are simply correlated with the number of guests from each country of origin. Your personal data is stored for a maximum of seven years (from the end of the respective calendar year) and is then deleted. Data retention is required for legal reasons (obligation to keep records in accordance with Section 132 of the Austrian Federal Fiscal Code (BAO)) and for the processing of complaints, warranty claims, product liability claims and compensation claims.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have data subject rights, for example the right to information, rectification and erasure, the right to restrict processing, the right to data portability and the right to object. These rights can be asserted against the controller, i.e. us, at shop@innsbruck.info. Payment systems

For the purpose of invoice processing, the following personal data is transferred to Six Payment Services as well as to Sofort GmbH via a secure interface within the scope of the eCommerce payment transaction, depending on the means of payment: name, address, e-mail address, card number, bank details & IP address. In addition, all financial data, shopping basket data and other online data are stored for the purpose of carrying out the transaction.

Furthermore, this data is forwarded by Six Payment Services as well as Sofort GmbH to the contractually provided financial service provider for debiting the transaction amount from the customer's bank account in favour of Innsbruck Information und Reservierung GmbH.

The personal data will be stored by Six Payment Services and Sofort GmbH for an unlimited period of time. For a deletion or correction of the personal data, in compliance with the legal provisions, please contact shop@innsbruck.info.

 

Cookies

When you access the website, one or more cookies (small text files) are stored on your terminal device. The purpose of this is to improve the service of Innsbruck Information und Reservierung GmbH by, for example, saving user settings.
